If your program isn’t right — for any reason, or none — write to care@solaceprograms.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you in full. You won’t be asked to justify it, and you may keep what was made.

The print-fidelity promise

If it doesn’t print right, we’ll fix it or refund you — no questions. Our files are set for standard letter paper, folded once, with margins and bleed prepared for home printers and the self-serve counters at FedEx Office, Staples, and local print shops. If a panel lands out of order, text is cut at the edge, or the fold falls wrong, that’s ours to make right — usually within hours.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, normally within 3–5 business days of our reply. Free edits within your 30 days never affect the guarantee.
